It is official. I am an M5 Fitness coach.
Wow! I did it. I decided that this year I needed to do something that I have never done before. You know, step outside of my comfort zone. Yes, I have been out of my comfort zone a lot, but this is bigger than anything I have ever done before.
Why M5 Fitness?
I am a huge proponent of fitness. After all I am the self-proclaimed poster child of the 50 plus and fabulous. So now, I have the ability to help others obtain a higher level of fitness. I have been approached by people to join other fitness companies and I considered it. I even said I would do it, but I kept procrastinating and then it just did not happen.
So now, I have the ability to help others obtain a higher level of fitness.
What sold me on M5 Fitness was the ability to live stream over 100 fitness videos. That means that I do not have to buy DVDs that I don’t want. I can choose a different workout a day and do it wherever I am. I can even do a workout in my hotel room, my parents’ house, or any other location. Have computer, tablet, or smartphone then I have a workout.

I also like the fact that I can build teams! I can send high five to my team members, monitor their workouts, and be supportive in a private safe environment. The site offers training plans, nutritional counseling, and supplements.
This company is all about pushing education and fitness and I love that. And it doesn’t hurt that there is an opportunity to gain financial security. I am looking forward to being able to clear my student loans.
